Bea Colley (She/Her)
Literature Consultant/Creative Producer/Evaluator

I am a freelance arts professional working across the UK. My current roles include consulting with venues about the development and sustainability of new literature programmes, producing literature festivals and UK-wide literature development initiatives, and evaluating projects and strands of work with clients including Southbank Centre, The Barbican, Brighton Dome and Festival, Warwick Arts Centre and The WOW Foundation.

Originally from the North East, I worked at Southbank Centre in London for 10 years, where I curated events with Michelle Obama, Roxane Gay, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Hannah Gadsby, Candice Carty-Williams, Hilary Mantel and Louis Theroux.

I have strong connections with many of the UK’s literature development agencies and was Co-Chair of New Writing South.
